What is the return/exchange policy?
Stock merchandise may be returned for store credit only; NO RETURNS or exchanges on CUSTOM orders and varsity jackets.

What type of payment/deposit is required? Do you accept credit cards?
A 75% deposit is required on lettered orders. We gladly accept debit cards, credit cards and company checks.

How quickly can we expect delivery?
Stock equipment ships in 1-2 days; most in stock lettered goods orders take an average of 10-14 days.

May we see a proof of our design?
Yes, we can e-mail you a proof once you have placed an order.

Is there a minimum for lettered goods?
Yes, 12 pieces on new orders; usually 6 pieces on re-orders. Caps & visors are always a 12 piece minimum. The exception is varsity jackets - we process one at a time.

When do I need to place my orders for seasonal GAME clothing?
At least 4 to 6 weeks prior to the 1st game. A limited number of basic stock uniforms can be completed in 3 weeks.

Is rush service available?
Yes, a 20% premium may apply; please call for information and pricing.

May I set up a corporate account?
Yes, corporate accounts are welcome.

Do you carry individual items such as footwear, golf clubs, tennis racquets or skis? What about camping, hunting, swimming or fishing equipment?
No - our primary commitment is providing superior products and service to teams, athletic directors, booster clubs and coaches.
